Web Rate Cancellations or Modifications
Free cancellation up to:
5 days before: All year, except from December 20, 2024 to January 5, 2025, April 17 to 20, 2025, June 19 to September 13, 2025, and December 20 to 31, 2025. After this point, we will charge 50% of the total stay amount to your card, and it will be non-refundable in case of cancellation.
10 days before: From December 20, 2024 to January 5, 2025, April 17 to 20, 2025, June 19 to September 13, 2025, and December 20 to 31, 2025. After this point, we will charge 50% of the total stay amount to your card, and it will be non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Bookings of 3 or more rooms: These will be considered group bookings and may have different surcharges, prepayment requirements, and cancellation policies than those mentioned above.
Bookings of 14 or more nights: These will be Non-Refundable, with the total stay amount charged upon reservation and no modification or cancellation allowed.
In case of early departure or no-show, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged, and the booking will be automatically canceled.
Non-Refundable Rates
When booking a non-refundable rate, and in the event of cancellation, this amount will not be refundable unless due to force majeure.
